Service Charge is included in the service fee. Tipping for massage therapists is at your discretion, valued customers.

Customers can trust the expertise and professionalism of our massage therapists. However, if customers have any pre-existing medical conditions, we recommend obtaining a certified authorization from their treating physician to prevent any potential side effects that may affect their health.

We offer services for individuals aged 7-60 years old.

For those aged 7-12, all treatments are available except for hot stone massage, body scrub or wrap, and facial massage.

For ages 13-17, all treatments are available except for hot stone massage.
Individuals aged 18 and above can receive all treatments.

For those aged 60 and above, it’s not recommended to have hot stone massages. Depending on individual health conditions, please consult with a physician before receiving services. We recommend elderly individuals to receive Thai massage and foot massage, as there is no need to change clothes or lie on a high bed.

If you bring children under 7 years old for services, you are allowed to bring them into the spa room with you, provided they do not disturb other clients nearby.

Male therapists are available at select branch and can provide back, shoulder, and head massages, as well as hand, foot, and Thai massages. They are not available for spa massages.

Children aged 7 and above are welcome for services, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

We do not offer private onsen services. Our services will be segregated into male and female zones for privacy and comfort.

Our onsen-style service remains traditional Japanese style, with no clothing worn, except for Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa in Pattaya. If you wish to wear undergarments during the onsen, please contact the staff at the Towel Room.

In our onsen area, we offer sauna and steam facilities. Outside, there are cooldown rooms, relaxing rooms, and hot stone rooms. The dressing rooms are equipped with hair dryers, combs, cotton pads, and more, all available for your use at no additional cost.

Customers are welcome to walk in for spa services; however, availability will depend on the schedule at each location.
